Problem solved: Handles all rented backline to keep track of economy and deliverers.
Description: The Backline Rentals section can be found by scrolling down on an individual booking. Another place to find this block is on the left hand menu while visiting the editing screen for a specific booking. In this block, users are presented with an expandable list that details line items of needed equipment along with their details.
Costs entered here will be compiled in the Economy block, as well as in Global Economy
Available fields:
Block: Backline Rentals List
Name – Create a name for the blackline rental item. Ex: Standard Blackline
Amount – Record numerical amount for the cost of the item.
Currency – Establish which currency that amount is in.
Cost carried by – Decide between the Artist or Organizer.
Notes – Open space for any notes needed.
Supplier – Record the company name that is supplying the service or item.
Edit – Changes to the expanded view.
Block: Backline Rentals Expanded
Name – Create a name for the blackline rental item. Ex: Standard Blackline
Amount – Record numerical amount for the cost of the item.
Currency – Establish which currency that amount is in.
Cost carried by – Decide between the Artist or Organizer.
Type – Decide between this being a budgeted cost or actual.
Class – Decide between this being a cost or a revenue.
Settlement Behavior – Note if the actual figure is to be treated as a cost, revenue, or to be neglected in the settlement.
VAT – A numerical percentage that notes the tax rate.
Exchange Rate – The exchange rate is automatically fetched by Jetty and entered here, but it can be overridden by user.
Date – Select a date that this will be settled by.
Notes – Open notes section normally used to clarify any specification of the backline.
Supplier – Name of company supplying this backline, which is connected to CRM – Companies.
