Stages – Specs – Video

Problem solved: Provides information about video equipment at the stage.

Description: The Specs-Video block is found under Content/Locations/Stages. When on the Stages screen, select a single location file to work on from the list report or add a new stage using the large green “Add” button. The fourteenth information block in a Stage file is labelled Specs-Video. This block gives users space to provide details about the video equipment needs associated with this stage.

This block provides space for users to describe detailed information about video, camera equipment, and positions at this stage. This information can be used by other Jetty users or shared externally to artist and crew (see Info to Artist and Crew). Note this setting (internal/external) is managed in the top right corner of the block.

Available fields:

Specs – Video

Title – Name the video conditions.
Status – Lets the user decide if he or she is done with the information in the block.
Control – Information about video control, for example information regarding OB unit.
Cameras – Define cameras, camera equipment, and/or positions.
Rigging – Define conditions regarding rigging.
Screens – Define location and screen type.
Multicore – Define multicore available for guests at the stage.
Multicore Way – Describe the multicore way.
