Block: Comm Link

Problem solved: Transfers the chores of providing texts, files, and images related to booking content to Artist Management, Press & PR agents, or others.

Description: The block Comm Link contains a unique link created when adding a booking. The link gives external partners access to the texts block and links block in the booking. The receiver can write texts and provide relevant links in the link. They can also upload files and images to be used in the booking.

Once material have been uploaded, the link is locked down and made inactive (see below), so that receiver of the link can’t change the information provided without alerting the Jetty user responsible.

Available fields:

Block – Comm Link

On/Off – Controls if the link is active or not.
Link – Contains the unique link for this booking. By clicking on the link, Jetty copies it for easy pasting in browser or emails.
Sent To – The email address that the link has been sent to.
Date – What date was it sent.
Add Another – Add another row of documentation on link being sent.
