Stages – Specs – Tent

Problem solved: Provides information about tents.

Description: The Specs-Tent block is found under Content/Locations/Stages. When on the Stages screen, select a single location file to work on from the list report or add a new stage using the large green “Add” button. The thirteenth information block in a Stage file is labelled Specs-Tent. This block gives users space to provide details about the tent area needs associated with this stage.

In this block, users can describe if there are any tents in connection to the stage. This information can be used by other Jetty users or shared externally to artist and crew (see Info to Artist and Crew). Note this setting (internal/external) is managed in the top right corner of the block.

Available fields:

Specs – Tent

Title – Name the tent or area to be used.
Status – Lets the user decide if he or she is done with the information in the block.
Tent type – Define the type of tent, for example measurements.
Details – Detailed information about this tent. For example, who has access to the tent and when.
Other – Other notes regarding the tents.
