Problem solved: Supports Jetty users with various ways to receive assitance with various questions and issues.

Description: There are many places that users can go to receive support. This support site is home to many tools for resolving issues and learning more about how the Jetty platform works.

For users that are wondering what a certain part of the platform does, try using the Help Center to find the corresponding support article. Our Help Center follows the same structure as the Jetty platform side menu. Simply look for the tab name that you are curious about. Then follow along the support site menu to the far left where there will be matching tab names. Simply select the corresponding tab to find all the support articles related to that part of the Jetty platform.

For users that are trying to locate a specific feature on the Jetty platform, try using our search box to pinpoint the page needed. On the bottom right of your screen, there should be a small black box that has the title “Search” written in white. If you select that box, a search window will appear. Simply type in the subject or keyword for the feature that you are searching for, then hit enter. A list of suggested results will appear naming all articles on our support site having to do with your search words. You can always backspace and try again with new keywords if you want to view new results.

For users that have found a problem on their platform or need custom assistance, try submitting a ticket to our support team. Simply detail what went wrong or what needs further attention. You can easily submit a ticket by selecting the “Submit Ticket” option from the top menu of this page. Tickets can be accompanied by screenshots, so we strongly encourage you to include any relevant image files needed to explain the problem. Once you submit your ticket, a member of our support team will be with you shortly. You can always view your submitted tickets under the “My Tickets” tab on the top menu.

For users that want to learn more or have common questions, try visiting our FAQ section. This section can be found on the top menu of this page and is called FAQ. There are questions divided by categories to make finding the most helpful questions easier. You can also type keywords into the search bar to look for relevant questions. The final link of each FAQ will lead to the related support article in the Help Center to provide more details and images.
