Block: Entourage

Problem solved: Specifies the entourage of the booked act.

Description: The Entourage block is one of the sections that users fill in when a booking is created or edited in the Jetty system. In this block, users can specify the crew of the entourage.

This block can also be found by referring to the side menu, but only once you are actually viewing any booking details screen. This is shown in more detail in the section Block Functions.

Available fields:

Block: Entourage

People – Fill in the number of Artist, Crew and Guests in the Entourage. Note that for some configurations of Jetty, the number of guests set in Deal Basics can not be exceeded here.
Artist Crew – Specify the different roles in the crew of the entourage.
Artist Crew Notes – Open text section to make notes about the crew.
Show Stopper – Designate who in the Entourage has authority to stop the show.
