Block: Catering

Problem solved: Compiles all the catering needs for the booking.

Description: In the block Catering, users can add and specify the catering needs for the booking. This include the type of catering and if there are any special requirements, like vegetarian or allergies.

This block can be found by referring to the side menu, but only once you are actually viewing any booking details screen. This is shown in more detail in the section Block Functions.

Available fields:

Block: Catering

Catering Standard – Choose the standard of the catering.
Meat – Define the number of meat dishes.
Vegetarian – Define the number of vegetarian dishes.
Vegan – Define the number of vegan dishes.
Other – Define the number of other dishes needed.
Date & Time – Select the date & time for when the catering needs to be ready.
Allergies/Specials – Add tags with specials and allergies. This will be included in the catering report to keep track of allergies/specials.
Notes – Open text area to add notes of importance.
