Stages – Specs – Other

Problem solved: Lets the user describe miscellaneous information about the stage.

Description: The Specs-Other block is found under Content/Locations/Stages. When on the Stages screen, select a single location file to work on from the list report or add a new stage using the large green “Add” button. The fifteenth and final information block in a Stage file is labelled Specs-Other. This block gives users space to provide details about any other needs not previously designated in other sections that regard this stage.

Once users have described things about the stage that doesn’t fit in to the other blocks, this information can be used by other Jetty users or shared externally to artist and crew (see Info to Artist and Crew). Note this setting (internal/external) is managed in the top right corner of the block.

Available fields:

Specs – Other

Title – Name this miscellaneous information.
Status – Lets the user decide if he or she is done with the information in the block.
Details – Use this field to describe miscellaneous information about the stage that can not be placed in the other blocks.
Other – General notes section for other information.
