Other Areas

Problem solved: Lets users describe general information about any other areas related to bookings.

Description: The Other Areas section can be found on the left side menu under Content and then Locations. In this section, users can add general information about other areas that are not necessarily Stages.

When creating a new submission or viewing a present file for Other Areas, there are two blocks of information. The first is the core information for the Other Area. There is a link available in the top right to upload any files needed or print off the information that has been filled out already.

Available fields:

Block – Other Areas

Location name – Name of the location.
GPS Coordinates – GPS coordinates of the location, which can be used later for external sharing.
Visible on Web – Only applicable if you have Jetty connected to your webpage.
Type – Set and type of the location, the different types can be customized for each customer.
Content – Describe the location.
Address – Address of the location.
Website – Website address to the location, if there is one.
Phone – Phone number to the location.
