Problem solved: Contains and controls the info link to artist & crew.

Description: The block info to artist & crew contains a link that can be sent to the artist & crew. The link contains content from the blocks in the booking. By clicking on the link, Jetty  copies it for easy pasting in browser or emails.

In this way users can keep the artist & crew updated about the details of the booking. Example of information provided in the link include: showtime, location, contacts, running order, scheduling and accommodations.

Available fields:

Block: Info to Artist & Crew

• On/Off – Controls if the link is active or not.
• Link – Contains the unique link for this booking. By clicking on the link, Jetty  copies it for easy pasting in browser or emails.
• Sent To – The email address that the link has been sent to.
• Date – What date was it sent.
• Add Another – Add another row of documentation on link being sent.
