Stages – Specs – Lights

Problem solved: Provides information about the lights on the stage.

Description: The Specs-Lights block is found under Content/Locations/Stages. When on the Stages screen, select a single location file to work on from the list report or add a new stage using the large green “Add” button. The tenth information block in a Stage file is labelled Specs-Lights. This block gives users space to provide details about the lighting needs associated with this stage.

Once this block contains detailed information about the lights that will be or need to be available on this stage, then this information can be used by other Jetty users or shared externally to artist and crew (see Info to Artist and Crew). Note this setting (internal/external) is managed in the top right corner of the block.

Available fields:

Specs – Lights

Title – Provide a title for this lighting information.
Status – Lets the user decide if he or she is done with the information in the block.
Control – Define the lighting control and console.
Moving – Define the moving lights available on this stage .
Smoke – Define smoke equipment.
Conventional – Define the conventional (stationary) lights available on this stage.
Drapes – Define the backdrops available on this stage.
Dimmer – Define dimmer available on this stage.
Multicore – Define multicore available for example guests at the stage.
Multicore Way – Describe the multicore way to Front of House.
Rigging – Description of rigging for visiting productions. For example information about backdrop.
